He was born on November 21, 1956 in Płońsk. National candidate master for chess composition (1987), II chess category. An author of a few chess compositions. In composing tourneys he gained 4 distinctions (one 1st Prize). Silver medalist of the 3rd WCCT (1984-1988).

Bronze medalist of the Polish Solving Championship in 1985. He also participated in 1986 and 1993 roku.

He was born on August 11, 1957, died on April 9, 2022. The father of Paweł Stawarz, a chess player and solver of chess compositions. He worked as a IT specialist and administrator of the school computer network, as well as a photographer and chess instructor. The first category in a classical chess. He participated in the Polish chess solving championship four times. His best result was 7th place in 1986. In addition, he participated in 2014, 2018 and 2019.

He was born on April 23, 1983. The son of a chess player and solver Bogdan Stawarz. He graduated from the Wrocław University of Technology. The first category in classical chess. A multiple participant in the Polish chess solving championships (the best result – 5th place in 2003, in adition he was sixth in 2010, 2014, 2017, 2018 and 2019). He took part twice in the World Chess Solving Chamionship (in 2015 and 2017). He participated three times in the European Chess Solving Championship (in 2011, 2013, 2015 – his best result – 36th place).

He was born on the 10th of January 1969 in Warsaw. He is a national candidate master (2000) and FIDE Solving Judge (2013). Multiple participant and silver medalist (in 2007) of the Polish Championships in solving. Multiple participant in the World Chess Solving Championships (WCSC) and in the European Chess Solving Championships (ECSC). Four-time team medalist in ECSC (silver – 2012 and 2019, bronze – 2007 and 2011). He was the main director of the ECSC in 2014 and WCSC in 2019. Author of 16 chess compositions. He gained one honourable mention and two commendations.

Rosolak Władysław

He was born on the 27th of June 1936 and died on the 9th of February 2006 in Łódź. National Master for Chess Composition (1974), an International Judge of the FIDE for Chess Compositions (1971). He published his first problem in 1952. In total he published above ponad 350 chess problems, gaining more than 230 distinctions (more than 40 prizes). Seven of his compositions were published FIDE Albums (7 points). Two-time team medalist of the World Chess Composition Tournament (1984-1988 – silver, 1989-1992 – bronze). For many years he directed the Polish Solving Championships. He took part in the World Chess Solving Championships 5 times. He was the head of the Chess Composition Commission of the Polish Chess Federation during 1976-1982. He represented Poland in the Permanent Commission for Chess Composition of the FIDE for many years. He published (with Jan Rusinek) a book „Najpiękniejsze polskie miniatury” (Warszawa, 1986).

He was born on the 3rd of January 1987 in Wrocław. Grandmaster (2015), FIDE Solving Master (2006). He participated in the World Chess Solving Championships (WCSC) 3 times. He gained his best result in 2006 (6th place). He has taken part in the European Chess Solving Championships (ECSC) 4 times (the best result – 16 place in 2007). He won three bronze medals in teams classification of the ECSC (2006, 2007 and 2008). He also gained 3 medals in the ECSC among juniors (golden in 2005 and 2007, bronze in 2006).
