He was born on the 30th of August 1936 in Starogard Gdański, died on the 22nd of December 2019 in Warsaw. A well-known musician, composer and activist in the artistic community. A candidate master for chess composition (2013). He made his debut in this field in 1951. He published approximately 50 chess compositions: studies and twomovers. In composing tourneys he gained 6 prizes (1 first one) and 7 honourable mentions.
