He was born on the 30th of January 1939, died on the 14th of December 2011 in Kalisz. National master for chess composition (1986). As a problemist he made his debut in 1957 in „Gazeta Wieluńska”. In total he published app. 190 of chess problems and studies. In tourneys he gained 135 distinctions, 30 prizes (9 first ones). One his twomover was published in the FIDE Album (1 point). A silver medalist of the third World Chess Composition Tournament (1984-88).
