He was born on March 16, 1875 in Lewiczyn, died on December 20, 1936 in Warsaw. He was an engineer, specialist in the construction of bridges and tunnels, for many years he worked in Switzerland. He made his debut in chess composition before 1898, published about 150 chess problems, mainly twomovers and threemovers, receiving many distinctions, including 15 first prizes. Two of his compositions were published in FIDE Albums (2 points).
